I just happen to merge on to the freeway at the next exit - missed the action thankfully.  Apparently it was 90 minutes to drive from Renton to I-90 - about 10 miles.  All of that at 5 am too!

They will  have to ride with training wheels now for a 6 month probation period.  :)
