New guy from SC
« on: September 29, 2018, 08:06:49 PM »
New to the forum. Have owned many bikes. Currently have a 2014 CB1100 and just picked up a back yard find 1974 CB350F1 today. Very excited about it, always wanted one. Pics here:

Love the 1100. Smoothest motorcycle I have ever ridden. It’s awesome. I also bought it brand new just this year for cheap.

The 350 isn’t as rough as the pics portray, its just filthy. Has lots of potential. Has ggod comp on all 4 and plugs looked good. I’ll have it running shortly.

Welcome from NE MN,

The dirt is just hiding the patina.  Hopefully the carbs won't cause too much trouble.

It was last inspected and registered in 2008, so I don’t expect it’ll be too awful bad.

The 350 I have, was last tagged in 1998. Exhaust rusted off, and carbs are what's keeping me from the road.

So, the strategy is to lie to people you are asking for help?

I think I'll be busy going for a ride.

Good luck!
