My brother has a 71 CB350 that has seen a few years of neglect. Over the past few years I have been buying him stuff for it as his Christmas present. New shiny chrome exhaust, new rear shocks, and helping him find doodads that improve his enjoyment of it. I’ve hooked him up with a new ignition from Charlie’s Place and he upgraded the regulator/rectifier on his own. We get together a few times a year and do some fun backroads with it and my RD400.
This year he said he’d like to have a new set of mirrors for it. I have been looking for some nice NOS or very good quality aftermarket but it appears the mirrors for the 71 are different than those for the 72 on, at least according to the websites I’ve looked at and the eBay vendors. Can anyone with knowledge tell me if the 71 CB mirrors are different?
