Someone did a nice job on it
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

I remember Denis Curtis talking about that Piper head. Actually I think (Brian) Tintop spoke to Denis about this and mentioned in an older Piper thread??

That dohc head completely changes the look of the engine and the bike. It does not fit in to oem frame ??

Frank, I think there was one somewhere close to you if I remember correct, maybe in Vancouver.
TG, yes, this one has EFI.

That 2nd photo is the bike that Dennis worked on the Vancouver Sam.

 That is also a Curtis front wheel. Not many of them.
 I think that bike ran 150 ish.
 And this year Dennis (Oldscrambler) ran 147 on a 760 cc 754..
