That dohc head completely changes the look of the engine and the bike. It does not fit in to oem frame ??

Here are a couple of links to the Curtis CB750/Piper.  Also some on the Vincent that Jay Leno now has.  He also did the frame for a Land Speed CB750 engined bike in 1975.

 That is also a Curtis front wheel. Not many of them.
 I think that bike ran 150 ish.
 And this year Dennis (Oldscrambler) ran 147 on a 760 cc 754..
