Maybe 160 Honda , but everyone had brakes like that in the 60,s.

could be one of many Honda twins...what rim size?  cb bikes were mostly 18" front while cl models were 19"

 Looks like they used one or similar on a 305. Grey brake line kind of a clue also as to age.

I believe the ones up to 66 or 67 had nice forged  parts on them.
 I think my 175 and 350 had them splined pieces made of stamping  and spotwelded together.

 All I had to go on was 40 spokes. I was guessing what ekpent said.  Thanks for looking.
