Do I need a shim or something to get a tight seal on this muffler? I tighten the bracket all the way I can, and it's a bit loose. Am I missing a part? Nothing's shown on the microfiche parts diagram.

I ended up at a muffler shop where they made me a shim using some exhaust pipe.

Gasket not available, no surprise there, I would try muffler repair tape...

Second that -- I did that with a 550F and it worked just fine.
