Bent forks and no access to a press. EDIT. It worked very well, got one fork leg nice and true, problem being, I've lost the other one some how. Clean garage time tomorrow.

I bought a harbor freight hydraulic press and used my old homestyle press to cut into stackable bearing splitter holders. Along with some old chunks of 1" plate. I now have an old toolbox full of old races and pipe sections for arbors.
Soon I'm building a frame jig for assembling a custom chassis for my 69 firebird. I'll post some pics of that as it develops.
This was the crate the front subframe came in, now it's tire cribbing. https://photos.app.goo.gl/wiXAcJR2Si5SYyet6

I wonder if a larger rim could be used as a sort of arbor to pull it towards that shape? Or maybe some wood cut to the proper radius? Wood makes a good softener so it doesn't jump out of place too.

not all during lockdown, but ideas of what can be done.  I built the bender with the holes per a blueprint online, the holes were 1 1/16" apart but the correct measurement should have been 1.1" I built it twice to get the dies right. The first time I used undersize pivot bolts to get close until we figured out the issue. The air cylinder is air/hydraulic bending with an air pressure only return. Works well with genuine Hossfeld dies.
This is making the new one using the old one,

Try making a tool with a notch to straddle the bent part, put a wood pad undef rim, then use far side of rim  to pull or push, it's quite a bit of leverage.

Nice job on the bender.
Thanks we front halved two alcohol funny cars and a full cage with a new seat on one, a taller cage on a jr. dragster, and built a back half 4 link chassis for my rear engine dragster.
