Gas tank make?

Hi,
Does anyone know who makes the tank in the photo and where they come from? I missed out on buying one a while back and the seller couldnt tell me anything about it other than its German? And its steel. And he said it was an ES tank, but couldnt expand on that.

Any help appreciated.
