550 LH Switch Inner replacement screw size - SOLVED
« on: June 26, 2020, 01:16:15 PM »
Hi All, I'm rebuild the inners of the switch and need to replace some of the small screws that hold the brackets inside the switch e.g. holding in the light switch and horn button. What size are those small screws? Thanks

Just in case anyone else is looking, I tried a few screws from the garage and the correct screws are 3 x 6. I found some 3 x  25 screws that I think we part of the back light assembly or maybe from another switch. I'll be cut these down to size. Also the carburettor butterfly assembly screws are 3 x 10 but not counter sunk.

In the attached photo, the smallest screw on the right, is the one I'm trying to replace.
