« on: August 26, 2025, 08:43:51 PM »
Hi, hopefully not a silly question, the positive battery lead as per attachments (Yamiya website) has additional connectors, can you tell what they are for, as I can not see what they are for. many thanks Paul

G'day Paul. Those leads are meant for the rectifier red/white wire and the solid red wire to the fuse box, but those connections on your bike may be a ring terminal that fits onto the solenoid post?

The Red from the Yamiya positive battery lead on my K4 is just an extra wire.
The Red/White splits somewhere in the harness going to both the rectifier as R/W and the main 15A fuse as R (when it exits the harness sheath to the fuse box it is solid Red).
The other side of the main fuse is solid Red and goes to the main switch.

I made a PDF of the US K4 750 diagram that isolates each color wire, should be similar to the K2 but I'd double check it against a K2 specific diagram.
