1974 Honda CB350F1 USA

Hi Guys,
Today I realised that the CB350F have listed the slow jet part both as #35 and #38. I was wondering why Honda operate with two different slow jets on this bike. I am going to order a set and now I am not sure which size to otder.

Back in the mid 70s I was a parts manager. Hoda fiches had a multitude of jet sizes available for each bike to fine tune carbs to the local altitude the bike was being run at. Jet changes were a common thing back then. Mostly on main jets.
Do you know how to do a proper spark plug color test at speed and shut off the motor, coast to stop to get an idea of jet size direction?
