Drain Hole or Tube Hole?

This could be either for drainage or a tube passage. It’s top-side middle back of the case.

 Never seen any tube etc. go through there. Mystery hole :)

I'm going with drain hole then unless a higher-better use presents itself during re-assembly. thanks. K

Yes moisture drain hole as the rear bolt fence/dam otherwise will hole water there. Or leaking fuel....

New CB750 K6 Anteres Red, to replace the totaled K5, I sold this K6 at 45k in 1983, I had heavily modified it, many great memories on it and have missed it greatly.....
