Stripped thread for mounting oil pump?

To give you some background history on the saga of my engine rebuild (78 cb750f) I had a cracked case from the previous owner and since I was rebuilding it anyway I bought a bead blasted lower case for a darn good deal from a engine builder that never got around to putting it to good use. Last weekend I went to install the oil pump and noticed that one of the threads to install the oil pump threads to the case are just about stripped (threads in but wont tighten). I am guessing that two out of three bolts should be concerning for reliable oil pressure? is there any recommendations to repair this one aluminum thread without disassembly or taking it to a machine shop?

Correct bolt, not too short?
I should fix the thread. Sometimes thread depth deep enough for 5-6mm longer bolt.
Tighten max 9Nm on these threads. 6-7 ft lbs.
I tightened 10Nm before until I read grade 8.8 bolts max torque, alu thread is weaker.

Helicoil kit, you can do it yourself if you are patient

Not sure on what size bolt your dealing with but you may be able to re-tap the hole to the next size up using non metric 'inches' or SAE and get a good bite. Fore instance a 1/4 inch fine thread bolt may work in a stripped out hole that has a metric size slightly smaller as an example. Shade tree if you don't want to deal with inserts etc..
