man,I dont like sport bikes!mate at work has one he bought 6 years ago and never ridden it,long story short its deceased estate didnt even want it but helped out buying from the family of his mate,anyway hes been running it 6 monthly for 15 minutes since then,told me its  overheating fans dont come on,,,he didnt let it get get hot enough,he shut it oiff at 80c thinking its too hot,I ran it up to 90 plus then the fans came on!,its a 98 yammy yzf 1000 thunderace,big bike,precursor to the R1,easist fix Ive ever had!

I especially love it when the exhaust cans are "improved" and become neighborhood hearing hazards.

   It's a great bike, no doubt about it, but ya gotta be a younger somewhat more limber individual to really appreciate it's attributes. Just a tough everyday rider for the more mature individual... Eye candy, that's it...
