Finally! From a basket case to ridable. Terrible day here for photos however I got one. Certainly not 100% correct but what the hell, I like it.

Yes, agree. Nice looking bike; stick 4\4 pipes on it and it'd be even better, but still lovely.

A very good loking bike that will encourage others to restore to CB750 stock look.
Quick transformation to a saved beauty too.

Nice job!  It is very gratifying to take a pile of old weathered parts and assemble them into a thing of functioning beauty.  I restored my K6 750 I bought in June of 1976, ~ 5 years ago.  I still get the nice comments and thumbs up from people that know about these bikes.  It makes the rides that much more enjoyable.  :)

Nice clean header, makes it look tough. What is up though with that extra red button on the left clutch side handlebar by the controls ? Painter nailed that color pretty well.

The red button is now the horn button. It has a new wiring harness and I just could not get the stock horn button to work at all. I finally got frustrated with it and bought a dirt bike kill switch which works well. It is a good colour match. The original paint under the tank trim was a great help. The header was cheap and has a few marks on it. It sounds great.
I have a line on a 1985 Honda XBR500 for the next addition. A 500cc thumper. I have tolook at it next weekend.
Hope yu are doing well Eric.
Cheers,
Cliff.

I had to google that one Cliff. Was wondering if it was like the GB500. Pretty sweet looking little bike. Now I have to see if we got them in the state, don't remember ever seeing one around.

Great job on the restoration! You should be proud of what you’ve achieved.
Euro bars would be my preference though.
Btw love the C90 in the background! You meet the nicest people on a Honda!

That XBR500 looks like a smaller version of the Honda CB250RS:I Like it.
The paint looks very nice on your 750 Cliff.

grcamna, thanks! The paint looks great in the sun. Apparantely the decals were the hardest part of the tank paint. My painter had to get an expert to put them on. Cliff.
