The original Mugen concept had drum brakes and a Norton Featherbed type frame, this concept has a Vincent soft tail type rear suspension and disc brakes. I think throttle body injectors and a catcon in the exhaust could make it feasable.  There was also noise recently about a 1400cc crate engine, I'd make that one work too.

A Vincent style bike with Honda engineering?  He11 yes. Please Mugen, make them build it.
