Looking for some input. I have a 77 550F that I will be installing a carb set from a 78 550K. Other than the choke location, what other issues could I anticipate?
Any input would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Sketchy information given, imo.

Some differences:
Intake runners
Intake runner rubber couplers
Intake carb rubber couplers to air box.
Throttle cables (both)

The jetting is way different; Mains, slide needles, pilot jets

What exhaust is being used?  (It matters.)

What air filter assembly are you using?  (It matters.)

Cheers,

Airbox and rubbers different, very lean burn but my question is WHY?
You are removing easy to work on carbs that are relatively unfinicky and easy to get parts for and fitting the most awfull carbs that are a swine to clean and get parts for plus a real #$%* to set up
