waiting for spring
« on: January 24, 2024, 07:37:14 AM »
Picture of my storage unit, my CB500 72 is in my garage at home.  That is also my 1987 Wheel Horse that is waiting for some spring grass mowing.  I am really missing riding weather with the Midwest weather this past month!

Thanks.  I took a couple pictures yesterday when I went up to put a battery tender on the 350.  I think we might get a 50 degree day or two next week and the rain we are having now should clean up much of the salt on the roads,   So I am looking forward to a ride possibly.

The weather here is usually better than all this rain we've been having;this is 'nothing' compared to what the rest of the Nation is enduring this Winter,so far.   :o
I'm also looking forward to Spring and some dry,low humidity weather;it'll help me paint a few cycle parts outside my apartment with some 2K Clear (will be the first time I use a 2-part spray can with the button on the bottom to distribute the catalyst) and give it enough time, etc. to properly cure before filling my fuel tank with gasoline.

I have not cleared with 2K yet.  Results seem to be fabulous though.  Btw where are you located?
