I enjoy aircraft quite a bit, although not one that's intentionally diving this location, coming down too far w/ full throttle climbs;I would like to learn more about aircraft and I appreciate this feedback.
I suppose this could be an 'experimental' & the pilot might not be licensed.
There is a fair amount of canopy right outside my apt. on the 2nd floor,in season.
The next time this happens with a clear sky,I will walk away from the apt.(across the street)to the other side of L st. where the large PG&E equipment lot is and certainly get a video.

Your closer to the action than I am, but surely at very least they are licensed. The small airfields around here are quite inquisitive…In addition I can’t see a licensed pilot allowing that type of flight in the hands of an unlicensed operator regardless of who owns the plane..Once you get the numbers you will know the owner.. if it’s a rental it will self initiate after you formally complain.. Rentals have rules in addition to the faa…

We have an airport nearby, in the late summer they have a gathering of Stearman biplanes. I enjoy seeing them fly over. More recently they don't do the formation flying contest or flour bombing.
We also get a Chinook or two from the Peoria air national guard, they do practice approaches and touch and goes. They make a glass in a kitchen cabinet jingle. I think it's hilarious.
No matter how many times you paint over a shadow, it's still there.

I'd like to go to some air-shows at an airport..  :D and get to see some of these wonderful aircraft up-close,after they do their maneuvers;planes look like the ultimate 'freedom machine'.

Experimental aircraft or homebuilt have FAA regulations and they have to have a pilot's license for a plane doing the aerobatica you describe...
I'm glad you took the comments in a good way...
That was how they were intended...

I'm going to one in a couple weeks....

There will be a whole lot more classic cars than airplanes but still really cool to be able to get up close to check them out.

My brother was a private pilot, used to love flying with him years ago in a Cessna 152

A relative had taken me up in a private plane many times;if it wasn't for the fact I couldn't stand that person,I may have enjoyed it even more.
I hope you enjoy Georgetown Stev-o  8)
