Help identifying Honda seat

 That squared off rear kinda throws me off the trail. If you want it to look nice rub it down with some Avon skin so soft bath oil. The stuff people use on their skin to chase away mosquitos.

It resembles the ones from the 360 Honda twins, the [infamous] Honda 400 twin, and the 400F after 1975. But, without length data and views of those hinges underneath, kinda hard to guess?

Look under the seat. There should be a 3 digit number stamped in the metal. That will give us a good idea what it's from.

not a 400F, grain pattern and shape not the same. No chrome strip.
