Changing Honda prices
« on: March 06, 2024, 02:19:16 PM »
I happened upon an old receipt from 2007 of some CB550 genuine Honda parts & thought I'd check out the current prices, the changes are interesting if not very consistent:

Part number   2007           2024
12023324405   £9.50   £26.00
91301200000   £0.45   £2.01
15410426010   £3.85   £10.66
91201300003   £3.50   £2.95
91201323005   £4.95   £4.95
91202kfl841   £2.45   £2.25

I have noticed sometimes the price will jump up severely right before it becomes NLA.
If it works good, it looks good...

Let's hope that's not the case, the part number 15410426010 that has almost trebled in price is a normal sohc4 oil filter

Back in the 70s when I was parts manager I could buy a case of 20 filters for $38........ I kept 6 cases on hand.
I usually had a case at home for my own 750 and my ex wife's 550.
