Have you ordered from webike.com in Japan?
« on: March 30, 2024, 04:03:03 PM »
I'm looking all over the internet for the last year;my countershaft splines are getting less and less on the small Honda.
I just punched in the part# again and noticed webike sells(Mitsushi brand? :D )it for less than $100 and will ship from Japan for $17+ and the part is available.  :)

Have you ordered from them ? How did it work ?

I've only ordered one part from them - a 4 into 1 exhaust for my Kawasaki Zephyr 750. The process was painless but the product was total crap. Badly welded, header pipes that were misaligned and the rear bracket was in the wrong place.
I asked for a refund and never heard anything back from them, so I won't be using them again.
I think they act as a kind of broker and just source parts from suppliers around Japan.

I see you're in NZ;did you get a proper set of parts/exhaust fix from Musket Muffler in NZ ?

I bought a lot of Kawasaki parts from them, with no issues Bill. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I appreciate that.
I can't find this countershaft for my 82' Honda XL125S anywhere(NLA)else for less than $260 and webike has it available, & less than $100 !
The item is Made in Japan(Mitsushi?  :D )and it looks like good quality in the picture.
My C.S. splines are very worn;I can't turn it down for $ that price.

Oh ya very much so. I’ve ordered some stuff I couldn’t find in N.America.  The price of shipping used to be much less I could get stuff from Japan cheaper than the USA to Canada back in the day.

In fact I once ordered a quick turn throttle Thursday night and was installing it Sunday… I was blown away with how fast I got that package!

I just now placed my 1st order for the CS.
I suppose it will come from Japan, unless they have a warehouse here in the US like DSS ?
