1978 CB750F. Replaced the K model stator cover with the correct F one (imported from England!). Now I have considerable difficulty getting the shifter cover to fit properly. Have used emery paper and seem to be gaining ground, but shouldn't these covers fit together without issues? Just asking. Thank you for any/all responses.
