Parts list:
- 30-inch wire closet shelf
- duffle bag
- bungie cords

Can I have a motorcycle when I get old enough?
If you take care of it.
What do you have to do?
Lot’s of things. You’ve been watching me.
Will you show me all of them?
Sure.
Is it hard?
Not if you have the right attitudes. It’s having the right attitudes that’s hard.

Nice compromise to a permanent rack.  I really like the look of my 550 without the luggage rack, but I use it going back and forth to work and really, really don't like using a backpack.  And my laptop doesn't fit in my saddle bags.  Oh well, I guess I just have to get one of my 175's up & running.

I have a small collapsiable tank bag, and no car. Just got home from the grocery store. Packed 2 heads of romaine lettuce, some strawberries and a bag of cat food in it.

Laundromat trips suck, though.

One time me and my brother did a late night run to the grocey store. To get distilled water for a batt of the other bike. We rode back 2 up with a gallon of distilled water on the tank and a 12 pack of pop in between us. Probly looked a bit queer  but we didn't care it was late at night. haha

I picked up that same bag for my Florida trip this past September. I did use a sissy bar, the bag setting upright, Bungee cords work well. I also used a back pack off the back of the bar to carry spare fuses, oil and chain lube.. BTW It made a great back rest on the interstate! Later..

I use an army style knapsack and can do an entire days worth of shopping at Whole Foods and I'm talking 3 course meal and snacks + wine.
