Do you already have the wrong ones? Are they Keyster parts?
You can get the correct pilot jets here:
https://www.jetsrus.com/a_jet_kit_street/honda_750_CB750_1969-1971.html
and if you can't find the right needles and emulsifiers, you can tune from there. The 750 runs on the pilot jets up to 2800 RPM, so you will ifnd either a flat spot or richness at 3000 RPM that can be tamed by changing the needles' clip positions, if you have the Keyster versions. In the 750K0-K6 and F0-1 this can be made to work, but takes a bunch of patience and changing, which is painful due to the need for the carbs to come out for needle tweaks.

Overall, the Keyster jets run about 7% leaner than the number that is stamped on them. The needles are another issue: they must have the Keyster needle jets (in the carb's throat) or else their fatter needles will get jammed into the Keihin version, then the slides don't want to close all the way to idle, or else they get stuck and the throttle becomes hard to pull back open.

Wow, that’s a lot of great info Mark! But no, I haven’t any parts/kits yet. Just seeing what the consensus was like. :)

User Nurse Julie sells seals and gaskets for the carbs at reasonable rates. Or get them directly from Honda. The aftermarket kits with brass parts are OK but don't contain every oring needed, if you are splitting the carbs for example, the rings for the cross tubes between carbs are not in the kits. Felt seals would be in any kit either.
Brass parts in all kits are pretty much junk and shouldn't be used if your brass is OEM and in good shape.

Do you have the original Keihin brass in your carbs? Clean them and reuse the stock Keihin brass. When you say needles and seats are you wanting float needles and seats?
Get the Honda carb kits, they do come with the orings for the fuel cross tee's, and all the gaskets. There is no brass in the Honda kits, so float needles and seats are separate and available from Honda. (There isn't any feltvwashers needed in the K0-K6 750 carbs)
Unless you are proficient in carb tuning, stay away from the aftermarket brass.

#1 is the carb gasket kits(need 4 kits)
#2 is the float needles and seats (need 4)

Yes all original brass even the floats. I never dealt with south side Honda just yamiya(mostly all Honda parts). Looks like SS Honda or yamiya I guess. Yamiya has Honda gasket set & float needle & seat for $36.00or their brand “repair kit” complete with brass for $66.00 for all 4 + shipping but not sure who makes them? I must be over-thinking this! Lol

Good.
I haven't tried the Yamiya kit but have seen it and wondered also.
South Sound usually has the best online prices.

Just clean all the original brass and reuse those parts.(unless they are damaged beyond usage??)
I'm not sure who make the parts in Yamiya kits. I was looking at their site this morning and wondering that also.

Where in upstate NY are you? I was talking with a guy in Greenwich a little bit ago.
