Is the yellow car a Pontiac??

I'm guessing 1970 Mercury Cougar -- XR7? My first car was a $500 1967 Cougar. Wish I would've taken care of that thing.

1970 Cougar XR7 factory 428CJ RamAir.
1969 mustang Mach1 351W 4 speed
1970 Cougar XR7. Convertible 351C

The Cougars are SO cool! I had Ford's poster ad for the XR7 hanging in my dorm room (like i could afford one? Not...) in 1969-1970. My old roommie tore it down on graduation day, didn't like Fords. I was pissed...then I went home that summer to work in a Honda shop where the owner drove a yellow Cougar, in the town next to where my aunt drove her XR7 as her daily ride (my uncle was a Ford wrench, and hers was...extra hot!), just made it worse for me! She could only seem to get 5000-6000 miles from a set of rear tires with that car.

I always wanted one of those XR-7s.

Nice collection!  I had a '73 Cougar convertible back in the day.

I now have a '69 Mach 1 351 [bored & stroked] toploader 4 spd....

We bought it from my brother as a project car, he didnt drive it for 6-7 years.  It's been a challenge at times but we are finally there.

It's also great to have the room to properly store a collection.
I just get to look on, no enough room here.
