« on: July 03, 2025, 02:09:44 AM »
Hi guys. Is this accurate? I'm planning on making custom stuff for my motorcycle. I was just wondering if this is accurate.

Motor mounts, side stand bracket, rear foot peg mounts, and the rear cross member are wrong.

LOL. I don't get it. What are you guys talking about? I was just asking if the model is accurate (it's not). What's the talk with pencils and carbon? LOL.

It looks like a post-1976 version of the frame, like 750F2/3 or K7/8?

I don't see upper rear shock mounts either.

Now you are wondering why the responses you got??
I looked at it when you posted it and decided not to reply as you didn't give enough information included in your post or in the link.
Such as to year and model,  what you are doing with it, no measurements in the link etc....
You need to be more specific when asking questions.

I forgot this isn't my build thread. LOL. (Since my CB year is on that thread).

1970 CB750. It's fine though. I'm making a 3D model of the frame then building around that.

and i was fantasizing about getting a frame printed in carbon filament, couldn't flex any more than a stock one and would be about 90% lighter
