I don't think our dry sump engines operate under a negative pressure, many dry sump pumps have a section dedicated to that. It helps the oil get to the sump.
Ring control is also a widely touted feature although such a small bore might negate those issues.
Then again, I might be wrong. I'm always curious and willing to be convinced.

I would agree though, that the seat of my pants dyno won't ever feel the difference.

Back at the time, Ten Kate world supersport CBR600s had electric vacuum pumps to generate low case pressure

Well, they got banned from using that, good proof that it worked i guess... :)

Pro stock drag bikes used the same idea.

I think we started out using S10 smog pumps, my GMC was acting up once and my buddy said the pump got water in it, and it frosted up, he did some sort of a mod to allow it to self-drain.
After the electric pumps Star racing was making the billet belt drive pumps, that was one option that I looked at when I bought the Moroso pump that's on my dragster. The thought was a 1,000 hp motor could gain 30hp. If it was linear, a 100 HP engine might make 3 more.
The biggest benefit on my race engine was my defective heads (porosity) were seeping coolant into the engine oil, the vac pump removed most of it.
I was wondering about the magic windows too.
