Success with the front brake  :)

Excellent pressure with the rebuilt master cylinder.  New piston and piston seal in the caliper working correctly

Took a little time to adjust the brake caliper mount bracket but finally got it set correctly. No movement in the bracket -  solid and tight with no play

Rotor is good - no pulsating or vibrating

Excellent lever response, brake grabs immediately and evenly, and releases smoothly with no drag

Sanded and light polish with autosol to try to seal the aluminum.   I don't think paint or clear coat would hold up around brake fluid.  I understand there is special paint for brake calipers but I have not seen it for sale here in Thailand.

I don't think many paints hold up to brake fluid, that's probably why they anodized them originally
