Does a stock 77 750F Super Sport seat have a Honda stencil?

Any one  know if these came with a Honda logo on the back? I am having one made... and cannot find a good picture.

1977 750F supersport.

I found a pic. online with a faded logo... so I assume it is supposed to have one.

   I'm not so sure that the '77-78F seats had the stencil. Mine doesn't and I'm pretty sure that it's an original seat. The '77-'78's had a Honda emblem on the top/back edge of the seat cowl which I would guess took the place of a stencil. Maybe in the pic you found the seat is from a '75-'76? That's a '75 or '76 color on a '77 or '78 bike in the pic so there's been some changes made to it. Directionals have been moved, it's been painted, tail light has been lowered, Honda emblem on the back of the cowl? The seat pattern is different from mine but I don't know if that changed for the later models. So an earlier seat...a recovered seat with a stencil job...or my seat is wrong. ::)

I dont think a seatpan had a stencil number, mine didn't...

That bike has a 75/76 seat and cowl (no emblem holes). 75 Candy Sapphire Blue color with newer tank decals. Newer tank emblems. Not sure about what year tank. Can't see the fuel valve very well. I also have a NOS 77/78 "spare" seat and it does not have the gold Honda on the seat like on my 75 seat. The 77/78 seat has different vinyl pattern and seems to have a bit more of a step between rider & passenger areas.

This is what it look's like before I asked the guy about the stencil.

Maybe I should leave well enough alone?

What do you guys think... With or without?

 I sent him a ugly king and queen seat... and he did this to it. Not bad IMO.

Now that seat is a 77/78 (emblem on the cowl & black) that has been recovered (see the pattern on the previous picture). Looks like they did a pretty decent job especially since it used to be a king/queen seat. Glad you had it changed! How dare someone desecrate a 750F!  ;)
