Probably depends on the condition of the anti-freeze (new/old and contaminated), what kind it is, and what the driveway is made of.

I've spilt green anti-freeze on concrete and ashphalt and found that if rinsed off straight away (so that animals won't lick it) it doesn't leave any traces.

I dont think so - as long as u wash it off with a hose..
If u let anything sit and absorb into the concrete it will stain..
