I agree, ride it.

Swap the side cover badges around, left-to-right. The wings are facing the wrong way. ;)

Sneak up on it a little at a time: Get the front end back down with proper forks and replace those handle bars. Not a lot of bucks to get working right on the road again.

Is this a trick question? The only possible answer is "Ride it!" All other answers are secondary or extraneous.

Now if you told me it didn't run, my answer wold be "Fix it and ride it!"

Let's see...
a big Vetter fairing, hard bags, perhaps a trailer hitch or a side car.
Forward controls.
Put air in the tires and plug your ears before starting... IF YOU CAN HEAR THIS!

It's hard to tell from the right side pic as the rear brake petal is blocking the view, but I believe there is an extra lower right
clutch cover bolt which would make it a diecast. 10 on a diecast vs. 9 on a sandcast. Cases look smooth too.

Would love for it to be a sandcast as the engine looks it pretty good shape.  :)

Leave the bike, wrong-way facing badges and all just as it is. However I'd recommend one of those '70s rainbow-colored afro wigs affixed to your helmet...and maybe a milk crate bungeed onto the passenger seat. Talk about a chick magnet!  ;D ;D ;D

If those are the last four digits, and I assume they are, you are the lucky owner of a sandcast. Suprised they match exactly though. Maybe they did that early. ???

I think he means 1013XXX which puts it at a pretty early K0 diecast.

I would first chuck the seat in the fire, then once you are all warmed up, swap the forks to regular height, lose the fork brace somewhere behind your workbench, it may be worth something in.....a thousand years...

Stock or better yet, straight drag bars.  AIR FILTERS PLEASE.  Also would get rid of that exhaust so you don't blow your ears out.

Which brings me to what may be a wholly unpopular opinion.....I think the only pipes that look right on a Honda CB750 are the STOCK ONES.  Yes, this is coming from someone that has stock pipes on his rider, and another good used set for the project i am building.

I think that going to 4-1 pipes simply ruins the styling, to say nothing about the hideous 4-2 aftermarket setups.

Kamal,

I agreed wholeheartedly about the stock pipes. Unfortunately, I also prefer the stock look on everything else  ::) which means there's very little I can change.
