I just bought a new timing light which has an advance dial. I'm wondering, when setting the 'F' marks at idle, is the 'F' mark at TDC, which is 0 degrees? I read in the FAQs someone stating that, for the 650 at least, the 'F' mark was 5 degrees BTDC. Is this right. I would like confirmation before pursuing some of the suggestions in the FAQs.
