I've had the Progressive 12 Series shocks on my '78F for a few years now. I went with the 95/140 rated springs. No complaints and a huge improvement over the original shocks I replaced. They also list 105/150 rated springs...don't know if I'd like them any better. The 95/140 is firm enough for me and my riding.
