Hey all, I'm converting my rear wheel to something more modern can I just use one of the older models front sprockets that are 530 to match the new rear rims 530 sprocket?? any clearance issues?

I converted my 77 K7 to a 530 chain from the 630 chain. I had to buy a new front and rear sprocket along with the X-ring chain. The 630 chain and sprocket were shot anyway. Replace all of the old stuff. The cost isn't that bad considering the piece of mind.

While I personally like the 630 size, there are many more options for a 530 set up.

Thanks guys, I just wanted to double check there were no problems with that, I've got a FZR rear wheel, with a 3 sprockets already to figure out the gearing!!
Thanks
