Can you identify this tank, model and year?

I acquired a batch of parts from craigslist posting. This tank appears to me to be a CB450 DOHC tank but I do not know that to be the absolute truth. It is a bit different than my original 72 CB450 tank but not by much.

Looks like a '69-70 CB450 to me...........

CB450 K5-7

Locking gas caps were retrofits on most of them.........

Yeah got is answered on another forum. 72 K5 CB450 tank. The difference between this one and the tank I already have is my 72 is a K4.

The bottom chrome strip was on the 72, 73, or 74 K5+ bikes apparently.
