Cordova Dragway, the track temp was 138 and the new hoosiers stuck like glue. I didn't drive though, the idea of sitting in the heat with the firesuit on wasn't too appealing.

At 5:21PM it is 91F and 40% humidity here in Sierra Vista, AZ.
We are about 20 miles north of the Mexico border and near the base of the Huachuca Mountains at around 4600-4700 feet.  The Huachuca Mountains are steep and rise to about 10K feet.
I took a trip to Phoenix yesterday and it was 110F and about 30% humidity.
We are in our monsoon rainy season so the humidity is way up. I drove my car up and back and the AC is non-functional...made for an unpleasant trip. Had to drink plenty of water and be careful with sweet drinks or food as it can make you ill.
Tucson runs about 5-8F hotter and Phoenix is 12-20F hotter than here.
Tucson being around 2300 feet above sea level and Phoenix is around 1000-1600 depending on what part of Phoenix.

You priicks from QLD sh1t me, it was -3c this morning at 6am measured on the flight line at RAAF Base East Sale, I think it's about 14 now? Why did I ever leave Brisbane, I used to love fanging my Ducati 900SS through the hills at Mt Nebo and Mt Glorious! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Well right now it's 84 degrees with 67% humidity (i hate humidity).  But they are calling for 92 with a 30% cahnce of rain, (which might be what we got this morning).

The high temp today was 81, though the humidity is way up there. The monsoon has finally started in earnest. We had .75" of rain today, and the same amount yesterday. The weeds grew a foot overnight!  :o
