You could always " knock it's horns off, wipe it's nasty old ass, and chuck it right down on the plate."

I also prefer my steaks still making noise. After being on the grill I know I wouldn't be mooing but some noise is preferred.

The first one is on St Patty's day cause the wifey didn't pull out corned beef fro the freezer in time..

I also have grilled some yard bird(chicken) and hot Itialian Sausages with beer brats in the last week.
I am so bad that I will grill in the snow, rain(up against the house

) and even in sup zero temps. (just add more coals)

This si also my garage beer fridge, our current fridge quit and we didn't havethe cash for a new one yet so backup is always good.
