And this was in May 1980 when we had returned back to Colorado for the summer from Daytona bike week and then spent a couple more months working in Florida building trolley car tour buses built on motorhome chassis. I did the woodworking on trolley buses.
The night we got back to my friend's place it snowed 6" after having riden in rain all day up through New Mexico, it took 2-3 hours for me to thaw out when I arrived at 8pm. I spent a week with them and had to rebuild my front calipers (dual disc) that had frozen up riding the muddy dirt roads to their place. The dealer down in Boulder had to order in the parts. Them were the days.....
