anyone put rear wheels from the later dohc750 on the earlier frames? thanks

I dont know, but I'd LOVE to have a 17" front and rear laced onto my hubs. tires are much easier to find, and more adaptable.

Yes you will also need the brake backing plate and the spacer from the DOHC.I had one from a 81 750 on my 70 for a short time, it worked fine. Dannie
