I have been happy with all the Metzler tires installed on my bikes.

My wife's got a Metzler Lasertec on the front of her CB550K (Not sure what model Metzler is on the back). They seem to be a really good tire.  I've noticed they have a slightly wider profile to them.

Metzeler has the best quality control.  They mount, inflate, and spin for balance each and every tire they make.  And the Lasertec is the same proven tread design as the old ME33 laser, the best tire for wet roads.

very happy w/my lasertecs.  about 3k so far, plenty left and the ride is smooth as silk.  rear tire just starting to "square off" but not noticable when turning in.

I've run me880's on BMW's. Wear was very good, never an issue with grip.

I have put many a mile on the old ME33 Lazers. Don't see why the Lazertec's would be any different.
