I quite like my '71. I wouldn't want anything else. It's got a well worked over motor, looks pretty sharp. It'll be perfect one I re-paint, refinish gauges, and do some other things to clean it up.

Definately a 78 F2. The last of them with all probs ironed out. Long and low.

Ha ha, out of the mouths of babes eh, the F2/F3 had more problems than all of the other CB750's put together mate! Long and low, and mostly in bits..................... (I can say that, I've got one too)  ;D

I'd actually like a 76 F model.  I love the combo of triple discs, but spoked wheels.  I'd want it in black with a little red trim and something loud like a Yosh pipe  ;D

The only SOHC F with triple discs was the 77/78 F2/F3 JL, with Comstar wheels. ;D

I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Well said Terry. The only other CB750 I have is a 1980 DOHC KZ and being a short arse its too tall for me. The F2 is still in pieces so I guess I'll find out the hard way when I get to Aussie. I can see I'll be conversing with you more on this subject over the ensueing months. Cheers, Roscoe

No worries mate, I'm saving all my spare F2 parts for you! Cheers, Terry. ;D
