1974 CB350F - Cafe - Nearing Completion
« on: March 14, 2008, 12:26:39 AM »
Hello All!

My 1974 CB350F that I have been working on now for about 8 months. It is now my everyday rider and every week more boxes of parts keep showing up so I keep at it.

My next purchase is a custom seat done by Rich's custom seats in Seattle.

A little I-5 south there for ya! Bike looks fun as hell, glad to see other washington folk on here. I need to do some heavy work on my bike before I start braving the 5. Keep us updated though and maybe I'll see you around this summer, if I can get things moving along a little quicker here...

....And Heffay's 74'  :D how could I forget. that's technically 3 then..

Before you get the seat done, check the pan for cracks. My two seats both had cracks in the metal pan, just ahead of the hinge area on both sides. Easier to fix this before the new cover is on. ;)

KOSMOS's, Mine and your parts bike. Your's is a 74 since it has the gold stripes on the tank if I'n not mistaken.

KOSMOS does have the only running 74 at the moment... given how many members are on the forum that is pretty rare.

Sorry to hijack your project thread though... ::)
