anyone have a good pic of tarozzi rearsets on a CB750F?
« on: April 01, 2008, 06:29:39 PM »
im looking to see how they mount up.  just using it as a referance in the build.
also the rear tabs where the pass pegs were.  im almost sure i dont need to keep the left side but what about the right?  what mounts in the 2 different holes.  im taking off any unused tabs for a cleaner look.
thanks for any help

I know at least on a K that the Tarozzi's use the passenger peg brackets to mount.  Just letting you know, dunno about F's...

Their homepage is: http://www.tarozzipaolo.it/inglese/home.htm

...just a personal view - I ended up butchering my tarrozis beyond recognition. I hated the way the levers moved and the fat, oh so fat lever ends for gear change were awful if you have anything over a size 9 foot (39 US?)....at last they now work but it took some time!

jon's rearsets are on a 1977-78F, much different in that area from your 76F jaguar.

He is using universial rearsets on stock honda peg mounts which are specific to 77-78F.

just so you know.

I tried to, but my camera died. I'll have some tomorrow for you!

thanks so much.  i just cant find a good pick of the rear pass peg mount and how the rear brake/pass peg mount looks stock.  there are two holes in the braket on the brake side and i dont know if i need to keep them or just one or what.

I have a set coming this Friday. I don't have time to mount them but I could take a pic of the pieces and hold them next to the mounting points.

that pic of the rear brake is stock right?  so the rear most hole on that D bar is only used for the pass peg?

That is completely stock. So yes, that rear most hole just holds the passenger peg. Those pics are of my '75F, but the setups are the same.
