So, CA bikes have the engine numbers on the titles along with the frame numbers. Most other states, my state of MD included, do not have engine numbers on the titles. Some have them on the registration card, some have them no where. Has anyone ever bought a bike from CA and then titled it in a state that doesn't put engine numbers on the title? Did the engine number just disappear, or did your new title have it as a special note or make some special section for it? I'm sure someone in the states around CA has been through this.
