Bras, anyone?
« on: June 23, 2008, 01:21:28 PM »
I'm seeing a lot of bikes over here fitted with tank bras. Not just the little scratch guard at the rear of the tank, but a complete leather/vinyl cover for the tank. does anyone know where one might find one for a 750F tank?

Someone say bra?  :P

What's up with her boob?  Is it just me or does she have like a boob on a boob?  Something just doesn't look right.

Hym, do you mean tank covers? Like the one's you get for most modern bikes (from Bagster and the like?)

If so, you may get a better response if you rename the thread!

dusty, ya I see what your saying about something strange. I think it has padding in the front to cover personal bits and round things out. I just becomes a bit obvious on the side profile.

Only 'cos you like to wear 'em! ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

Albeit a little lewd, this gave me an awesome design idea for a bike. I'd make a picture but I'm not much good with 2-d images, so try to imagine this with me :

Shaping a seat/tank into the torso of a woman, so the tank bra would be an actual bra, and the seat would be the belly. Create some pvc/fiberglass arms to extend down the front forks, and two bent legs which would cover the rear shocks.

Kind of goofy, but it's late for me, just had a long night at work and my mind is running wild. As a concept I think it would be awesome some sort of 40-50's pulp noir art bike.

That is awesome!  You take the pic?  You know the owner?  I'd be interested in seeing a build thread on that bike.

I love that pic lol
I can appreciate it but could never "ride" it, I just know an misunderstanding from a women's libber would run me off the road in her soccer tank.

Naked woman/motorbike/combination/tank bra??????? ;D

I'm a bit worried where the "air box" would be located!
