New guy here
« on: July 11, 2008, 09:38:42 AM »
Ciao,

I am a new guy here on the SOHC forum and wanted to introduce myself properly.  My name is Dan, I am 37 years old from Chicago, IL.

Currently I do own a 2003 Aprilia SL1000 Falco, and a 1980 CM400T that I just resurected from a junk yard.
Before the Falco I had a 2000 RSV Mille (hence the nickname), 1995 CB750 Nighthawk, some older Kawis etc.

Jay here, 36 near chicago   1982 nighthawk, needs work, but has been a daily driver in the month I've had it.

Have plans for a winter project,--- top half engine, new tires, brakes, rebuild front calapers, new chain, tensioner, sprockets, and choke cable. Ahh, isnt dreamn' nice.... Anyone around chicago or suburbs have space for the winter?? Wanna split a storage garage? Have a place for winter project...

Hey there!  Just wanted to welcome you to the site.  I am just about 2 hours from Chicago, just past Notre Dame (South Bend).  My husband travels to Chicago every month for training (he is a mechanic).  Anyway, just wanted to let you know that there are a few of us in your neck of the woods  :)

Have a wonderful day and ride on!
