cell phones should be banned from usage on all roadways across the world, in my opinion.

even hands free devices do not deter wrecks very well... using a phone while driving occupies the mind even more than it occupies the hand.  we need to get all the dumb b!tches and lazy bastards paying attention to what they are to be paying attention to!!!!!

Here in California, they just started the no hands rule.
