Hey all,
Been having issues with gas leaking from carb overflow tubes if the petcock is left on for a short while (like an hour). Had a conversation with my mechanic and he mentioned having put a lot of K&L kits (which I put in this spring) in bikes this summer and that he was suspecting the needle springs got weaker or settled in sooner than keister kits and that would raise the level in the bowl. He has taken to setting the floats on those kits a different way. I will be checking the float height on my set soon but just wanted to see if anyone else was seeing this. I realize i haven't gone through all the possiblities yet but just wanted to see if you folks might have any suggestions.
